There were a lot questions around his identity but in good time it was revealed that the man behind the act is singer and songwriter Jake Hagood. He is ready for a big next step in his still young career with a brand new single called ‘Boys Like Me’. this time around he is not alone, but he gets some help from two of the most popular pop stars of the past year, Ariana Grande and Meghan Trainor! If that does not guarantee a hit, I don’t know what will!

It’s a good thing that he asked Ariana Grande and Meghan Trainor for this track as it needs to be heard! Although winter is coming, this feels like a subtle and pleasant spring breeze. The chorus is light and insanely catchy and the soulful, retro production suits the voices of all three artists. And apparently Jake, Meghan and Ariana have one thing in common. They have a soft spot for sexy pool boys if we have to believe the story of the cute animated video..! Well, we can’t blame them for that, now can we?
