Britney Spears launches last teaser track from Glory
Britney Spears is almost ready to launch her album Glory. The record will see the light of day on Friday, the 26th of August. Over the past few weeks she has been teasing us with new songs and this week we get the last one. After lead single ‘Make Me’ and promo tracks ‘Private Show’ and ‘Clumsy’ she delivers a great pop tune once more! ‘Do You Wanna Come Over?’ is a jam!
The brand new track does not sound as contemporary in terms of production as ‘Make Me’ does, but it does relive the vibe of the early noughties when Britney was the biggest pop star on the planet. ‘Do You Wanna Come Over?’ is fun, danceable and extremely catchy. The pace is high and the flamenco inspired guitar in the verses are a nice touch. The ‘nobody should be alone if they don’t have to be’ builds up nicely to the explosive beat that follows and vocally Britney is once again confident and sexy, just like on every track of this era so far! Hurray! Only one more week until she graces us with her Glory!
