Kensington returns in style with new single ‘Do I Ever’
Kensington is back! The biggest band of the Netherlands announced they will return with a new album and celebrate this with the release of their brand new single ‘Do I Ever’. The record Control will see the light of day on the 28th of October and it is their fourth studio album, following up the highly successful Rivals from 2014, producing hits like ‘War’, ‘Streets’ and ‘Riddles’. ‘Will I Ever’ could easily be the next one in their impressive string of hits with radio stations in the Netherlands already picking it up, ready for chart success.
If you have been a fan of Kensington because of the sound of their last two albums, you are surely going to like the sound of their new single. It has the same pop and rock sound going on with a bombastic production and an incredibly catchy chorus. Eloi’s vocals are raw and emotive as always when he declares: “I’ll let it throw me off my feet. I’ll let it put me on my knees. What do I know? I ought to grow but do I ever?” The guys of Kensington once again manage to combine deep lyrics with catchy hooks and big productions, resulting in a tailor made radio hit in the Netherlands and maybe even all over Europe.
