Sigma releases Birdy collaboration as next single
The guys of Sigma can add yet another track to their already impressive list of collaborations. The British DJ and producer duo recorded their brand new single with singer-songwriter Birdy. After hitting the number 1 spot with ‘Changing’, a track with vocals by Paloma Faith and reaching top 5 with Ella Henderson on ‘Glitterball’, their singles with Rita Ora and Take That failed to make as much of an impression charts wise. It’s Birdy’s task to change that now. The collaboration ‘Find Me’ ticks all the boxes to become a hit single!

Admitted, ‘Find Me’ sounds fairly similar to Sigma’s earlier work and it might be time to shake things up a bit, but at the same time it is a strong single. The chorus is undeniable and the beat drop is quite the moment with a subtle piano melody that runs through it. The main asset that takes this track to the next level however, is Birdy’s distinctive and ever gorgeous voice. It does not matter what she sings, she always manages to give a track some extra emotional depth with her vocals. It is the first time that she records a more electronic track like this, opposed to her own more acoustic brand of singer-songwriter pop, but it works! It is a nice extra at the end of the year for all Birdy fans who were already treated to her lovely Beautiful Lies album with the stunning single ‘Keeping Your Head Up’.
