Swedish talents Rhys and Felix Sandman team up on new track
Swedish upcoming pop star Rhys is almost ready to release her debut album. She had her big break in Sweden back in 2016 when her debut single ‘Swallow Your Pride’ became a hit. She dropped a few uptempo hit singles after this and returned with the heartbreaking, soulful ballad ‘Maybe I Will Learn’ at the start of this year. The album Stages arrives on the 28th of September and this weekend she shares her latest single ‘Starfish’, a duet with another major Swedish talent, Felix Sandman.

Sandman started his career as part of the boyband FO&O and appeared solo for the first time on the Melodifestivalen stage (Sweden’s Eurovision preselection) this year with the single ‘Every Single Day’. He finished in second place and just dropped his debut album too. Their duet, ‘Starfish’, is a contemporary pop song with a strong chorus over a light and dreamy production. An understated bop! The track has got hooks in all the right places and both deliver vocals that elevate the already atmospheric production. Electronic pop like only the Swedes do it!
