Khalid teams up with Disclosure on new single ‘Talk’
Khalid, the King of collaborations, strikes again. After working with Martin Garrix, Billie Eilish, Normani, Shawn Mendes and more (all within a year!), the original American Teen who actually turns 21 soon, drops a new tune with Disclosure! The British production duo is mostly known for their upbeat house music, but they prove they can also produce some smooth R&B! ‘Talk’ stays true to Khalid’s signature R&B sound, be it with a more electronic production, meaning both their sounds come together in quite an unexpected way. As for the melody, it is catchy on first listen and definitely radiofriendly. In the lyrics, Khalid begs his love interest to communicate more to figure out where they are going with their relationship. A cute, smooth and light R&B tune!
