Zara Larsson launches new single co-written by Tove Lo
Zara Larsson returned in October last year with the the single ‘Ruin My Life’, the first taken from her upcoming second album. The song reached the second spot in the Swedish charts and broke into the top 10 in the UK too. She is ready to move on with the release of her next track ‘Don’t Worry Bout Me’. Interestingly enough she shared on social media that her label wasn’t a fan of the tune produced by The Struts and co-written by a team of songwriters including fellow Swedish pop star Tove Lo. I wonder what her label did not like about this, as it sure is a catchy little bop with hit potential. Sure, it is nothing groundbreaking or refreshing, but the production is on point and the hooks are strong enough to carry the tune. In terms of success I don’t see it becoming the next ‘Lush Life’, but I personally find it more exciting than ‘Ruin My Life’!
