Molly Hammar releases new single ‘No Place Like Me’ with Big Narstie
Swedish star Molly Hammar did make some necessary changes in her career last year. She decided to start releasing independently and dropped her first EP titled SEX, on which she switched to a more R&B inspired sound. Her next collection of tunes is planned for an Autumn release, but she already shares the first track taken from it, which is titled ‘No Place Like Me’ and contains a rap by British MC Big Narstie. On this track, you can still hear Molly’s passion for R&B, but in a more poppy and and radiofriendly production. She worked with producers Lucas Nord and Melo Tull, who also helped her realize the SEX EP. The result is a carefree and confident banger with an extremely current production; think Mabel’s recent work and Normani’s tunes with Calvin Harris. Needless to say this is a fabulous bop with hit potential! Molly’s sultry vocal style works perfectly on this type of laidback bop. More of this please!
