Loïc Nottet goes disco on brand new single ‘Heartbreaker’
It has been a few months since we heard anything from Belgian pop star Loïc Nottet. He dropped single, EP and video for Halloween titled ‘Candy’ and has a follow up ready now. His brand new single is titled ‘Heartbreaker’ and it is one of his best singles yet! While the Eurovision star usually serves us big ballads and Sia-like pop anthems, he does something completely different this time around. ‘Heartbreaker’, written by Nottet, Alex Germys and Amy Morrey, is a proper disco anthem with a funky rhythm and a lush production by Germys and SkyDancers. Who knew his voice would suit this swinging type of track just as well!? His vocal delivery is more nonchalant here, which fits the flirty lyrics of the tune. The chorus is a proper banger and goes off every single time it comes around. This is Nottet’s first uncomplicated bop and it has the potential to become an international hit.
