It’s a wrap. Eurovision 2015 is done and Sweden took the victory with the song ‘Heroes’ by Måns Zelmerlöw. After a two horse race with Russia it was decided that the contest will take place in Sweden next year. I reviewed the performances and analysed the results!
Tonight is the big night. Europe will choose its next Eurovision Song Contest winner. Over the past week, 20 finalists have been selected in the semi finals, and seven songs (the big 5, last year’s winner and guest of honor Australia) already had a spot on the saturday night to begin with. But who will win? I take a look at the iTunes charts, the bookmakers and the draw to predict the outcome.
It is that time of the year again! The Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna took off with the first semi final. The show was opened by the current queen of Eurovision Conchita Wurst. Sixteen countries competed for ten spots in the final. The quality of the songs and performances was not very high, but there were definitely a few gems to be found.
